1. Scope of Services
We offer transport services in 33 countries:

We have our own partner warehouses in Europe and also work with Amazon's warehouses, which helps us ensure a consistent shipping time and uniform service.
If the product is not in stock in all European warehouses, we will ship the package from our warehouse in China, but please be assured that the shipping costs and any possible customs fees will be covered by us.
*Please note: For the regions of Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Cyprus, Liechtenstein, Serbia, and the remote Spanish islands (35, 38, 51, 52), Iceland, and Northern Ireland, taxes of 5%-20% may apply. These costs are to be borne by the customer themselves.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday (for in-stock items) will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Please note that your order may be shipped in multiple shipments to expedite delivery. In some cases, such as during the holiday season, processing times may be slightly delayed.

The delivery time to these areas is 3-7 days
Denmark, Luxembourg: The delivery time to these areas is 5-7 days
England, France, Latvia, Switzerland: The delivery time to these areas is 5-8 days
Normally, the goods can arrive on time. However, if there is a holiday, for example, Black Friday, etc. Due to the significant increase in the number of orders, the delivery time may be delayed. We hope for your understanding.
In rare and exceptional cases, it may happen that we have to ship from our warehouse in China if our warehouse in Europe is no longer available.
Total delivery time = Processing time (1-3 working days) + delivery time (2-7 business days) + customs clearance time (1-7 business days). The processing time varies depending on the product you purchase.
In some special cases, AWOLVision sends an order confirmation via email to the customer to secure the transaction and ships the package only after AWOL Vision has received confirmation from the customer. The start date of the order is based on the date of the customer's confirmation email, and the customer's response time is not included in the promised delivery time.
4. Delivery address
It is important that you provide a complete and correct delivery address. Once your order is ready for shipment, we can no longer change the delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you ("customer") or your representative, you will be contacted immediately to make corrections, and the package will be reshipped for an additional shipping fee. For all orders, you must provide a phone number where you can be reached during the day. Occasionally, packages are returned to AWOL Vision as undeliverable. If a carrier returns an undeliverable package to AWOL Vision, please contact AWOL Vision to arrange for redelivery.
