AWOL launched its first 4K RGB triple-laser ultra-short-throw projector (UST), the LTV series, and raised over US$1 million on Indiegogo. — In the same year, AWOL opened its first retail stores in the USA and unveiled the world’s first 120-inch Vanish Laser TV — redefining home entertainment.

Development of the proprietary EBL technology (Enhanced Black Level) for deeper blacks and clearer shadow detail, while the brand rose to become the No. 1 UST RGB laser projector brand in the USA — earning market recognition through meaningful innovation.

AWOL debuted its first long-throw projector under the Valerion brand, raised over US$10 million, and became the most successful Kickstarter campaign of 2024. Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Marcus Mizelle praised the “stunningly deep blacks in every frame.”

AWOL presented its long-throw innovation at IFA with the industry’s first anti-RBE technology (against the rainbow effect) and made its debut in the MoMA Design Store — a milestone that marks the transition from a pure product breakthrough to broad cultural and design recognition.

Partnered with Atlanta Falcons NFL quarterback Kirk Cousins as global brand ambassador and launched Aetherion, a next-generation UST projector that became the fastest hardware project on Kickstarter to reach the $10 million mark in just 12 hours.
