Diese Sägezahnstrukturen werden alle aus speziellen Formen gegossen, und die Größe der Form bestimmt die Größe des Bildschirms. Die derzeit größte Form kann nur einen 120-Zoll-Bildschirm herstellen, was bedeutet, dass wir derzeit nur einen kompletten 120-Zoll-Bildschirm herstellen können.
Um ein größeres Sieb zu erhalten, haben wir uns für ein Spleißverfahren entschieden, bei dem 1,5 Stücke von 120-Zoll-Sieben verwendet und zu 150-Zoll-Sieben zusammengefügt werden.
