That we have a warehouse in Europe and all products on our website are in stock. This means we are able to process your order quickly and ship it from our European warehouse.
For products such as projectors, screens and accessories, standard shipping is free and delivery time is 3-4 business days after the order is processed. And there are no additional fees or duties. If customs duties or taxes are unexpectedly levied, we will also cover these costs.
For products like Smart Cabinet and Vanish Rollable Laser TV, shipping costs range from €150 to €500 depending on size and style. The delivery time is 90 days after order processing. Please contact servicede@awolvision.com to get an estimate of shipping cost, delivery time and shipping method before purchasing.

That in extremely rare exceptional cases, if our warehouse in Europe is not sufficiently stocked, we may have to ship the order from our warehouse in China. In such cases, the expected delivery time is usually around two weeks. However, please don't worry as we will cover all shipping costs and customs duties.


Shipping orders

The estimated delivery dates stated are estimates only. Orders may be delayed due to review or timing of the order. Orders can be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases via awolvision.de are made within the framework of a shipping contract.

Providing a complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipping or shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately to make a correction and the package will be reshipped for an additional shipping fee shipped. With all orders you must provide a telephone number where you can be reached during the day. Occasionally, packages are returned to AWOL Vision as undeliverable. If the carrier returns an undeliverable package to AWOL Vision, please contact AWOL Vision to make arrangements for reshipment.
